REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! 

Exchanges ONLY!  EXCHANGES are granted if your items do not fit properly, but MUST NOT BE DAMAGED OR DISTORTED! Lucy J Designs only accepts exchanges on the same product, different size. If your desired size is not in stock, we will issue a store credit. Products eligible for exchange must be new, unused, and in the exact same condition they were upon delivery.  Plastic packing must be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS! Refused packages by customers will not be accepted as an exchange or form of cancellation. 

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at fitnesslife@lucyjdesigns.co.  Include your full name, order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

The item(s) must be returned within 5 business days after receiving it to:
